Update Parent Contact Information in ParentVUE

Parents, to ensure you stay connected with announcements and other important information, please login and update your contact information using the ParentVUE website or app.

Note: if you are unsure of your ParentVUE login credentials, first try the “Forgot Password” option on the website. If you are still unable to sign in, please call your alpha administrator’s assistant to retrieve your login information.

Website:

1. Go to https://ks-wic-psv.edupoint.com/PXP2_Login.aspx and click on I am a parent >
2. Sign in, then click on My Account at the top.
3. Scroll down to Phone Numbers and make changes to the listed numbers.
4. Then scroll back up and click on Update Account.

 

App:

1. Sign into the ParentVUE app, then tap on My Account in the bottom right-hand corner.
2. Tap on Phones at the top right, then tap on any number to update. When finished, tap again on Update at the bottom to save.
