ParentVUE Conferences

Using Synergy ParentVUE for Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parents can now view and manage their parent-teacher conferences in ParentVUE. There are two types of conferences, Parents Choose and Teacher Created. Parents will receive communication from the teacher or school about which one they have used. See instructions below for both type of conferences.

For Both Types of Conferences:

• Log into your ParentVUE account on the app or the website.
• Choose the student you are scheduling for.
• In the ParentVUE menu on the left, choose Conference.
• On the upper right, choose Parent Teacher Conference.

 

Parents-Choose Conferences:
Teachers will set up conferences times and parents will log into ParentVUE and choose their conference time. Parents will receive a communication from the teacher or school when this option is available.

• Upcoming Conference Screen:
  • Choose the correct conference (Parents Choose will say "Select an available conference time")

 

• Schedule Conference Screen:

  • Choose a time from the blue, available times. Once you choose a time, it will turn purple and will display your child’s name. Gray times have already been taken. Please only choose one time slot.

 

Teacher-Scheduled Conferences:
If teachers schedule the conference time for you, it will also show in ParentVUE. When you open the Upcoming Conference screen, you will see the conference title with the time to the right. This is your scheduled time.

 

Click the conference to open and see your options. You can deselect a time and choose any other available time in blue, if needed.
