Athlete Registration
East High student-athletes are required to complete the online registration process through Bound before participating in conditioning, tryouts or practice for a sport.
A Physical Exam must be completed by a medical provider on or after April 1 to be good for summer activities and the August-May school year (e.g., physical completed on April 1, 2025, or after, is valid for participation June 2025-May 2026). After a medical provider completes the KSHSAA physical form, upload the completed and signed form pages to your account.
All required documents and online registration must be completed and approved before participating. Allow 24 hours for processing/approval of online registrations.

- Follow these instructions for assistance in setting up your account and adding a child to your family, then begin the registration process to to sign up for activities.
