2013-2014 Enrollment Information
The Wichita Public Schools will be implementing a new Student Information System over the summer, so online enrollment is unavailable for the 2013-2014 school year. During the week of enrollment, all parents are required to come to East High School to obtain a new parent access code for the new system. The current system being used will no longer be available after June 13, 2013.
Parents can log onto https://familyaccess.usd259.net now to make sure their current information is updated, specifically their e-mail address. This will help with the change to the new system and make the enrollment process in the fall a little easier for parents.
Additional information to come in June 2013!

ACES in the Community 2013

Message from the School Resource Officer
Buckle Up for Safety
Some, if not all of the precincts of the Wichita Police Department, will be participating in the following state-wide initiative:
In 2012 Kansas lost 43 teens in crashes with 74% of those teens NOT PROPERLY RESTRAINED. The Department of Transportation Bureau of Transportation Safety and Technology will be hosting a two- week awareness seatbelt enforcement March 11th - 22nd targeting teen drivers and their occupants. In an effort to increase seatbelt compliance, officers throughout the state will patrol around your high school approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of school and 30 minutes immediately following the end of the school day. Those not properly restrained will be issued a citation. For over 20 years, we have tried various means to educate teens about the dangers of driving unbelted. We have learned that nothing impacts teen behavior more than vigorous enforcement. We also know warnings have little or no impact on compliance.
