Library Policies

1. All students are responsible for themselves and their materials.
2. Respect others and their work.
3. Listen.
4. Ask questions.
5. Checking out materials:
   1. Students need a valid East ID to check out books.
   2. Grades will be held starting with the first semester for materials not returned.
6. Computer Use:
   1. Students need to present a valid East ID with an I on it to use a computer.
   2. No food or drink near the computers.
   3. Personal email may only be used with the permission of the librarian for educational purposes.
   4. Library computers are not for games, chat rooms, messaging or blogs.
   5. Disks, CDs, and USB drives (flash drives, thumb drives) need to be scanned every time by the librarian before inserting in the computer.
7. Students must have a pass to be in the library without their class.
